Two new challenge creations

This weekend is much quieter than last week, when our oldest daughter's family visited. There was plenty of opportunity to create layouts with photos from their visit,

I had loads of fun with the April sketch 305 at Creative Scrappers. I used photos of the three visiting grandkids interacting with the chickens at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. I used a past Projext Life kit from Citrus Twist Kits and made several embellishments with my Silhouette Cameo.

Here's my completed layout:

I was especially pleased with the way my Silhouette flowers turned out. The blue columbine is the Colorado state flower; I made some stylized blooms with patterned paper,

I also completed the March 15 challenge at My Creative Sketches, using the March main kit and add ons from Citrus Twist Kits, Our seven-month-old granddaughter tasted ice cream for the first time and loved it!

That;'s all for today. Thank you for stopping by and have a great week!
