I created this Advent treat calendar to share with you today. The base is a 24-cup mini muffin tin. Each square is 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 inches in size and is held onto the tin with magnetic tape strips.
(The best light this morning was outside, so this is hanging on the porch railing!)
Here's a close up of some of the detailing
and the magnetic tape strips on the back. They are self adhesive, but I added a bit of glue to make sure they hold tight as the squares are moved.
I want to note that the squares and the buttons are all held on with magnetic tape, which means everything is removable. I used this same tin for my Halloween candy tin; just removed all of the elements and changed it over to Christmas!
The papers are Basic Grey, the cardstock is scraps from my stash, and most of the cute Christmas figures were cut with the Cricut Lite "Jolly Holidays" cartridge. I punched the holes for the ribbon with a Crop a Dile. These are easy and so much fun to make!
Don't forget to leave a comment on all 25 blog posts and in the Paper Secrets forum for your chance at winning one of the prize packages. Your next stop will be Julie's blog.
