I've been busy!

We're only two weeks away from younger daughter's wedding, and I've been scrapping and crafting up a storm!

Scrapbookdeals4u is hosting a third anniversary crop through Sunday, March 28, with fabulous challenges. I've been creating layouts that will be displayed in acrylic easel frames at the wedding reception, and having a blasting combining those with the crop challenges. (It's also a great way to use up some of that massive stash I've been accumulating)

The fiance is getting a "package deal" -- not only is he marrying my daughter, but he has become daddy to her little girl. (The layout is based on a card sketch from Inspired Blueprints; papers are Pink Paislee Amber Road)

This is probably my favorite picture from their engagement photo shoot. The papers are Bella Blvd. Estate Sale. The design was scraplifted from SD4U design team member Mette Kalander.

Their first "family" outing. The papers are Bo Bunny Flutter Butter.

My daughter loves circuses, and had her own business as a birthday party and event clown when she was in junior high and high school. Her fiance surprised her with a trip to the Great American Circus Parade in Milwaukee; he proposed during the trip.

From their Christmas portrait shoot in December. The papers are Amber Road.

Her lovely engagement ring (the boy has good taste in wives and jewelry) The papers are Estate Sale.

These papers are Basic Grey Origins. The rub ons are from My Mind's Eye.

These are so much fun to produce! Since they are going into those one-piece easel frames, they have to remain pretty "flat". Since I am a lumpy bumpy scrapper, this is a real challenge! Also keeping the designs simple so I can produce them quickly and in quantity. After the wedding, they will all go into a book -- not sure if I'll be able to part with it though!

So what do you have planned for this weekend? You know where I'll be -- right here, scrappin' and craftin'.

Thanks for looking -- have a great day!
